Why JSP Uses Pad Printing Instead of Stickers
JSP does not offer helmet stickers as part of its branding service. Instead, all logos are professionally applied using pad printing technology.
Unlike stickers, which can peel, fade or deteriorate over time, pad printing provides a long-lasting finish designed to remain professional throughout the helmet's service life.
There is also an important safety consideration. Safety helmets are tested and certified to standards such as EN 397 and EN 12492. Unauthorised stickers and adhesives may have the potential to affect helmet performance, which is why JSP recommends approved branding methods.
How Logo Express® Works
The process is designed to be simple:
1. Select Your Product: Choose from JSP's range of logo-printable safety helmets. Branding can be applied to the front, rear, left and right sides of the helmet, with up to six colours available per print position.
2. Submit Your Artwork: Provide a high-resolution editable PDF or EPS logo file, along with the chosen helmet model and colour.
3. Approve the Proof: JSP's logo team creates an artwork proof detailing logo size, positioning and Pantone® colour references. Once approved, production can begin.
