Fit testing of Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE) must be conducted by someone who is competent and experienced in the specific type of fit test method being used. This means the testing can be completed either by:
A qualified external organisation
A competent individual within your company who has undergone appropriate training

We also offer regular training for individuals looking to become competent in conducting fit testing:
- Train the Tester Course: A monthly course held at our manufacturing headquarters in Oxfordshire. This course qualifies individuals to carry out qualitative fit testing. You can book a place by visiting our Events Page.
- Fit2Fit Accredited Training Course: This BSIF-approved course is designed for those new to fit testing and leads to full Fit2Fit certification / qualification.
